seriously if you have recover ability keeping rinoa alive is easy as you can heal her by 8000 hp at least and hey whats the best type of attack to use against her? Magic/attack/gf after using recover?

It's rights that you have to keep Rinoa alive, but you can also mug her 8 Megaelixirs.
Set your damage low end recover her after that.
